The last house I sold was my seller’s first home. But her family had outgrown it, moved to a bigger house, and rented it out.

When it came time to sell, the house felt tired and shabby.

So, I presented a list of cost-effective improvements to show the house in its best light.

Then I helped the owner stage it as a dream house for first home buyers.

We shot fun, bright photos to attract youthful buyers. We planted a veggie patch and made the backyard a family garden. People at the open home walked in, got excited about how great living there could be and fell in love.

We got everything right, and my seller achieved a great price above her expectations.
